Missing since 3 weeks, 75-yr-old’s semi-decomposed body found in Rajouri village

Rajouri, Nov 21: The semi-decomposed body of a 75-year-old man was on Tuesday evening found from the bank of river at Sunderbani following which police have started investigation into the matter.

The deceased as per police has been identified as Kirpal Singh (75), son of Ujagar Singh resident of Rajpur Kamila in Qila Darhal Tehsil of Nowshera.

Police told the news agency, that some locals spotted a semi-decomposed body lying at river bank in Thandapani area of Sunderbani after which a team of police rushed to the spot and took the body into its possession.

The semi-decomposed body, police said, was shifted to a local hospital.

The elderly man had been missing for the last three weeks.

Police said to have taken up investigation into the matter—(KNO)
