Moscow, Nov 11: Russia has repelled three Ukraine’s attacks in the Donetsk direction in the past 24 hours, with the Ukrainian military losing up to 305 soldiers in the area, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Saturday.
“In the Donetsk direction, units of the southern group of troops, supported by aircraft and artillery fire, repelled three enemy attacks and defeated its personnel and equipment in the areas of the villages of Vasyukivka, Rozdolivka and Klishchiivka in the Donetsk People’s Republic. The enemy’s total losses in this direction amounted to up to 305 servicepeople killed and wounded, five armored fighting vehicles, six vehicles, a Polish-made self-propelled artillery unit Krab and a D-30 howitzer,” the ministry said.
Russia has also repelled three Ukraine’s attacks in the Kupyansk direction, with the Ukrainian military losing up to 50 troops in the area, and two attacks in the Lyman direction, with Ukraine’s casualties amounting to 80 soldiers in the area, the ministry added.
Kiev has also suffered up to 140 casualties in the South Donetsk direction, up to 60 casualties in the Kherson direction, and up to 50 casualties in the Zaporizhzhia direction, the ministry added. (UNI)
